Terms of Service

SeetYah is built for agentic storage workflows. These terms define the baseline rules for what can be stored, how credentials and share links should be handled, and when access may be limited or removed.

Service Scope

SeetYah provides file storage, signed upload and download flows, review links, and agent-facing APIs for operators, teams, and automated systems. These terms govern access to the public site, the dashboard, and the API endpoints exposed by the service.

By using SeetYah, you agree to use the service only for lawful business or personal purposes and only in ways consistent with these terms, the applicable documentation, and any plan or retention limits presented in product surfaces.

Accounts, API Keys, and Share Links

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, API keys, review tokens, share links, and any other credentials or secrets used to access SeetYah. You must keep those credentials confidential and rotate or revoke them if you suspect compromise.

Authenticated account files are private by default unless you explicitly create a share or review flow. Anonymous uploads and review links should be treated as bearer secrets: anyone with the link or token may be able to access the related resource until it expires or is revoked.

Allowed and Prohibited Content

You may upload and share only content that you have the right to store, process, and disclose. You must not use SeetYah to store, transmit, or distribute unlawful content, infringing material, malware, phishing payloads, fraudulent content, or content that violates the privacy, safety, or rights of others.

That restriction includes child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, human trafficking content, malicious code, content intended to defraud users, and any material that violates applicable law or the policies of the infrastructure providers used to operate the service.

SeetYah may remove content, disable links, suspend access, or cooperate with abuse handling when content appears to violate these terms, legal obligations, or upstream platform rules.

Storage, Retention, and Availability

Retention periods vary by workflow. Anonymous uploads are short-lived. Account uploads and review artifacts may remain available according to the product tier or operational settings in effect at the time of storage. Expired or deleted files may become irretrievable without notice.

SeetYah is provided on an as-available basis. The service may impose file size limits, rate limits, upload constraints, abuse protections, maintenance windows, and technical controls intended to keep the platform reliable and secure.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining any consent, notice, or legal basis required to upload files, store personal data, or share review links with agents, contractors, teammates, or customers. You are also responsible for configuring your own workflows so they do not expose sensitive files unnecessarily.

You must not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service or other users. You also must not attempt to defeat rate limits, signed URL controls, or review token protections.

Intellectual Property

You retain your rights in the files and content you upload. By using SeetYah, you grant only the limited rights needed for the service to store, process, transmit, secure, and display that content as required to operate the product.

The SeetYah application, design, branding, documentation, and software components remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or redistributed except as permitted by law.

Disclaimers and Liability

SeetYah is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement. You use the service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SeetYah will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time as the product, legal obligations, or infrastructure requirements change. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
